For Mint & Honey, shipping is a huge part of what we do and we are committed to offering the best price we can to ensure your specially curated gift arrives its recipient in a safe and timely manner.

 

DOES MH BOX SHIP AS SHOWN?

 

Yes. We have different collections and each set of products comes in a beautiful white box, tied with a gray grosgrain bow and very nice card. Each box will ship inside a shipper box so it stays nice and pretty.

 

 

MY BOX IS A GIFT. I DON'T WANT A RECEIPT OR ANY PRICES.

 

We never include receipts or inventory/packing slips inside any of our boxes, in terms of prices, we remove tags or crossing out labels - we want to keep the packaging beautiful and intact.

 

IF I DON'T’ WANT A BOX, CAN I BUY A SINGLE PRODUCT?

 

For sure Mint & Honey is a concept store when you can buy as you prefer and enjoy our selections.

 

IS SHIPPING INCLUDED?

 

While we're always striving to keep shipping costs low, per-box or per products shipping is an additional cost, except in our Free Shipping promotion.

 

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

 

Orders take 2-4 business days to process and 3-6 business days to ship via standard shipping, depending on where it's going. for priority shipping please email us a

WHAT IF I NEED IT THERE ON A SPECIFIC DAY?

rs@mint-honey.com  and we will offer the option of specific day delivery for an additional fee.

 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

 

We ship anywhere in the United States (yes you, Hawaii and Alaska!) as well as select countries, including Canada, the UK, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Australia.

If you don't see your country listed, we can ship international on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee, so email info@mint-honey.com if you need help and we'll see what we can do!

 

As long as you are shipping to one of the above countries, you can choose from either Express or Standard international shipping. We ship with all duties + taxes prepaid to avoid any issues at customs, so the recipient just gets to enjoy their beautiful MH Box or any products that you select.  

 

Note that we are only able to ship to ONE international address per order, so please place separate orders for each individual address.

 

MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED, BUT MY RECIPIENT NEVER GOT IT.

 

If the order is delivered according to your tracking but the recipient didn't get it, our customer care team will do everything our power to locate it by calling the carrier and even the intended delivery building to give you all the information you need. Unfortunately, this is a rare situation that's out of our control and could be attributable to any number of things, including the package being stolen or lost. We recommend filing a carrier claim, and we'd be happy to do the same on our end!

 

DO YOU OFFER A PICK-UP OPTION FOR NY LOCALS?

 

 

Unfortunately, we not are offer yet pick up option, all orders will be by mail.
