INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Outside the United States)
Please note some products come from to third parties companies but if you have any issues or questions you have to contact them immediately. We distribute those products in our website as a retailer to complement our boutique as part of the concept. Marlyn Hosking Collection products are manufactured in New York. Our international orders are shipped from New York.
We ship orders to all the United States, Dominican Republic, Canada, Mexico and the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom). If your country is not listed, please contact us via email at and we can see if it is possible to ship to your location as well as provide you with a quote on the shipping cost.
Shipping fees will vary according to the destination. Shipping rates are calculated after you have added items to your cart and have filled in your shipping preferences and relevant information. All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days of being placed and are shipped via Standard Local Post Office USPS. For orders outside the United States (i.e. Mexico, Canada and the European Union) we will provide you with an email confirmation once your order has shipped as well as any available information. Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the parcel reaches the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country. If you have questions related to customs charges please contact your local customs office. Please note that MH Design Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages delivered through EMS (Express Mail Service) or Standard Local Post Office. Finally, all items will be sent to your account address, unless you state otherwise.
Out of Stock Items
If you are interested in an out of stock item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can see if the product is still available in our warehouse in the Dominican Republic and/or New York. If the product is still available, we will email you to confirm that you are still interested in the product and let you know how long it will take to process your order*. Once we receive confirmation (that you still want the product), we will process your order.
